• Conducting confidential employee surveys and writing a report of areas of strength and areas to develop.
• Webinars and/or Seminars for employees on topics for development. Previous sessions include: Time Management, Stress Management, Rest & Recovery, and Mindfulness at Work. 
• Nutrition Coaching for all staff members.  Each member of staff is given access to the ProCoach app powered by Precision Nutrition.

Corporate Packages Process

Stage 1

Initial assessment of your company's operational objectives, strengths, and weaknesses.

Stage 2

I will then conduct individual staff interviews to confidentially gather KPI data on employee satisfaction, employee motivation, management satisfaction, and peer satisfaction. 

Stage 3

Once we have conducted the initial review process, we will work together to structure a wellness framework which will improve the employee wellness indicators. 

Stage 4

Creation of a delivery rollout for framework and program of sessions. 

Stage 5

Once the contracted period has concluded, I will conduct another staff survey and generate a report of staff buy-in, measure impact on KPIs, and staff satisfaction and retention.
